Meet DreamDroid
DreamDroid started in the halls of the University of Waterloo and UBC, between late-night study sessions and passionate discussions about the future of AI. We are a small but dedicated team of engineers, designers, and one very passionate professor, united by a single vision:

We've poured our hearts into countless prototypes, perfecting the fluffiness of the fur, the brightness of the eyes, and the charm of the waddle. The Q Penguin you see today is our final, production-ready design.

Manufacturing & Production
This is our first large-scale production run. While we have partnered with experienced manufacturers, there can be a learning curve in ensuring every single unit meets our high standards for cuteness and quality.
Supply Chain
Our Q Penguin is made of components from various suppliers. Global supply chain fluctuations could potentially delay the arrival of certain parts. We have already identified backup suppliers for our key components.
Software Development
The core AI and expression engine are functional, but we are continuously working to improve them. We will not ship a product with a subpar software experience.
Shipping & Fulfillment
International logistics are complex. There can be unforeseen delays in customs or transit. We will partner with a reliable fulfillment company to minimize these risks.
